Archimedes is considered to be the greatest mathematician of antiquity and one of the greatest of all time, and gave a remarkably accurate approximation of pi. An inventor, physicist, astronomer and engineer he was born in Sicily in 287 B.C. Therefore, the octagonal Vicenza Design, Archimedes, is named after this famous man. These smooth pulls are accented with two horizontal lines that add depth and enhance the contemporary design. Perfect for large applications like appliances or kitchen drawer pulls the pulls are available for 9 and 12 inch installation. The 9 inch pull dimensions are 9.75 x 1 x 1.75 inches. The 12 inch pull dimensions are 13 x 1.125 x 2.25 inches.
