Our Quick Ship products are pre-made to order in small quantities, and normally ship within 2 days. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of all other products.
All products are hand made to order, therefore returns and cancellations are subject to a 50% restockting fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of order placement will be exempt of the restocking fee.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders shipping to addresses in the Continental United States.
In some cases where unusual shipping and packaging fees apply, you may be contacted via eMail with proper shipping and packaging charges. If you are contacted, your order will not be processed until after you approve the shipping and packaging charges.
Any import fees, value added taxes (VAT), custom fees or other charges or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
When ordering from our website you may receive an automated eMail regarding your order. This eMail is automatically sent to you. The eMail has no bearing or relation to the actual status of your order. If there are any issues relating to you order, we will contact you in either a separate eMail or via telephone.
All promotion code discounts are on "Subtotal" price only. Shipping and tax are not discounted.
When orders are processed approprate "Sales Tax" will be added. If the order is shipping outside the Continental United States, you will be contacted regarding shipping and VAT fees.
